This Project was initiated in 2024 and the next edition is scheduled for August 2025.

SLAM is a highly engaging poetry form that gives a powerful voice to its participants – allowing them to express strong emotions, spark dialogue, and promote social change. 

The beauty of slam poetry is that it can be written and performed in any language – SLAM competition is in creole.
